Office Hours and Appointments

Our office hours are: Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Patients are seen by appointment only, and some evenings and weekend appointments are available.

As a courtesy to other patients, please notify us if you are unable to keep a scheduled appointment.

Emergencies

In case of an emergency, please go directly to the nearest Emergency Room. The Emergency Room physician will initiate care. If you provide our contact information with this physician, common practice dictates that this doctor will get in touch with me or the surgeon on call.

Financial Policy

Our goal is to provide you medical care in a most cost-effective manner. Charges are determined by the amount of time spent and the complexity of the problem or surgical procedure.

All charges are due and payable at the time that the services are rendered. If you have insurance coverage, we will gladly process your claims, however we request that you pay your estimated portion (deductible, co-pay, etc.) at the time of each appointment.
